SOME INFORMATION TO HELP YOU OUT

Welcome to The Bunk Inn Hostel!

We’re glad to have you stay with us. Please read the following self check-in instructions and important information to ensure a smooth arrival and comfortable stay, especially if you’re arriving outside reception hours. If you have any questions please contact us through the GOKI App.

Reception & Staff Hours

  • Reception and laundry areas are closed nightly from 10:00pm.

  • Our staff are available daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

  • If you require extra linen, please ask our staff during these hours.

Important Arrival Information

  • Please use your allocated bed number when you arrive.

  • If you need any assistance or extra linen, our staff will be happy to help between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Self Check-in Instructions

For Rooms 1, 2 & 3 (Front Building):

  1. Enter through the main entrance and locate the staircase to the right.

  2. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find an entrance door.

  3. Enter your code (issued by GOKI), tick the lock, and turn the handle clockwise to open. This code also provides access to all common areas.

  4. Room Locations:

    • Room 1: Across the hall, door on the left.

    • Room 2: Across the hall, door on the right.

    • Room 3: Down the hall, door on the right.

    • The access code for your room is the same as the front door code.

For Room 4 (Rear Building):

  1. Enter through the main entrance and take the staircase to the right.

  2. At the top of the stairs, unlock the entrance door using your GOKI code.

  3. Walk through the hallway past the kitchen to the exit door.

  4. Cross the courtyard to the second building at the back of the property.

  5. If the door is closed, use your issued code to enter.

Facilities & Amenities

  • WIFI password: Spring21

  • Bathrooms:

    • Front building: 2 toilets & 2 showers

    • Rear building: 3 full bathrooms

  • Kitchens and common areas are open 24 hours.

  • Laundry: Located in the basement with free washing machine and dryer (washing powder provided).

    • Laundry area is closed nightly from 10:00pm.

  • Shuttles: Available at extra cost to local attractions including Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, Ohana Winery, Lady Musgrave Island, Mon Repos Turtle Center, Botanical Gardens/Aviation Museum, and beach destinations.

  • Shopping: A large shopping mall with Coles, Woolworths, and Kmart is located at the corner.
